Shipping policy
FREE SHIPPING: Wherever possible, we offer free shipping on parts ordered within the contiguous lower 48 states. Large, heavy, and special-order items typically do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping qualification is noted in the product description.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please be aware that 3-day, 2-day and next day air shipping does NOT include the weekends. For example an order with 2-day air shipping that ships out on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
ADDRESS ERRORS:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with an accurate shipping address on their order. If an address proves incorrect or undeliverable, any extra charges incurred in order to correct the error will be the responsibility of the customer.
DIRECT SHIP ITEMS: In order to keep costs down and provide parts at competitive prices, many items are shipped directly from our supplier. In these cases we cannot guarantee stock on these items until the order is placed. We will do our best to notify you within 2 business days if an item is not available to ship immediately.
INSPECT PARTS UPON ARRIVAL: While we strive to ensure accuracy of all orders that are shipped in extremely rare occasions boxes are mislabeled and/or wrong parts are shipped. Once you have received your order be sure to CHECK the parts for accuracy prior to starting your installation! Any parts that have been installed (even for test-fitment) may no longer be eligible for return.
INSURANCE FOR LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES: Shipping prices do not include insurance. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please email us prior to placing your order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost, late or damaged items and RML Wheels must have a claim completed with the carrier before you can be refunded or before a replacement can be shipped. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for placing a new order.
