Pre-Order Info For 15x7 Snowflake

I’ve been getting a lot of requests for another supply of these, so I’m planning a pre-order for a run of 400 15x7 Snowflakes.
Unlike past pre-orders, this one will operate a little differently. Because of the almost 100% increase in tariffs (and the resulting increase in MSRP), I’ll be putting a minimum participation number that will need to be reached before I actually place an order with the manufacturer.
Also, my manufacturer requires a minimum of 400 wheels for a production run, so I need to make sure I'll be able to sell enough to at least break even on these (higher-priced) 15x7 Snowflakes.
Please read the details below.
Fine print:
- Only 15x7 version is included (if demand for 15x8 materializes I'll consider adding a separate pre-order for that as well).
- Pre-order customers will receive $319 per wheel pricing - a discount of $30 per wheel ($120 total).
- I will impose a maximum duration of 60 days to achieve the minimum number of pre-orders - if we’re not at that number (or very close) by then, I will close down the pre-order and process refunds.
- Once the order is placed with the manufacturer, I estimate a timeframe of 60 to 90 days for delivery to my USA warehouse.
- Customer cancellations will be subject to a 10% fee.
- Cancellations due to lack of pre-orders (and me not placing the order with my manufacturer) will result in a 100% refund.

Cancellations before that will be charged a 3.5% "Shopify" fee.
